The Swiss Colony: A Holiday Tradition

The Swiss Colony is a name you associate with Christmas gift giving.  The Swiss Colony enterprise began in Ray Kubly’s basement, wrapping and shipping bulk cheeses back in the 1920’s.

My dad was a mailman for 30+ years and during the holidays he’d come home with stashes of cheese and meat sticks, sweets, nuts, and other Swiss Colony gift sets.  My dad is now a diabetic and loves his share of treats during the holidays yet they have to be sugar-free. When you’re getting a lot of homemade goodies from friends and neighbors, it’s often hard say no when you want to thank them and be appreciative.  The Swiss Colony carries a great line of Sugar Free candies, cakes, cookies, and snack sets that are great for that person on your holiday list that has special dietary needs!

Packed in a holiday box for shipping, decorative tins are ready for gift giving.  The Sugar-Free Confections assortment ($24.95) of Butter Toffee, Petits Fours, Macadamia Nut Clusters, and Brownies are sweets that everyone can enjoy, aside from my dad.  The taste and flavor is not skimped on, just the sugar,  they are mouth-wateringly delicious and the top of the line treats are chosen to be included in this great item!

The Swiss Colony has something for everyone on your list, including nice clothing and gifts for the home! It’s a brand I go to when I’m looking for a gift for a neighbor, teacher, and even the pickiest person!
