School’s back in and a few times a week we now we will have special desserts for the kids.  Our family recently bought some Chocolate Eclair bars and my son exclaimed, “this really tastes like cake on a stick!”  The outer coating of the bar is not crispies or nuts, rather cake bits that cover chocolate shell, then vanilla ice cream, then a chocolate fudge center.  I can’t tell you how delicious this treat is, it’s heaven on a stick in my opinion!  With six in a box, there is enough for our family, plus another indulgence for mom!  These will be purchased again and again when we hit the grocery store!
