Our Take: My 11-year old was sent this Wave Quilt Jacket to anticipate the California winter. Wind and water resistent, with a great fleece lined hood and inner shell, this coat is stylish as well as practical and comes with a matching scarf and hat. (Total price, $80.00) Making this a great choice for older children, there is a cell phone pocket inside the front zipper, as well as another pocket on the sleeve for any electronic gadgets or even to keep lunch money. The hood detaches for a different look.
