*contest closed* Aliens in the Attic DVD *Giveaway*

They are home but they are not alone. Prepare for the ultimate extraterrestrial invasion full of hilarious hijinks and outrageous mind control gags when Aliens In The Attic descends onto Blu-ray Disc and DVD November 3 fromTwentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. It’s summer vacation, but the Pearson family kids are stuck at a boring lake house with their nerdy parents. That is until feisty, little, green aliens crash-land on the roof, with plans to conquer the house AND Earth! Using only their wits, courage and video game-playing skills, the youngsters must band together to defeat the aliens and save the world — but the toughest part might be keeping the whole thing a secret from their parents!

Featuring a hilarious cast including comedy veterans Doris Roberts (“Everybody Loves Raymond”), Andy Richter (“The Conan O’Brien Show”), Kevin Nealon (“Weeds”), Tim Meadows (Mean Girls) and Gillian Vigman (The Hangover), as well as rising young stars Ashley Tisdale (High School Musical), Robert Hoffman (Step Up 2: The Streets), Carter Jenkins (“Surface”) and Austin Robert Butler (“Zoey 101”), Aliens In The Attic is the most fun on the planet!

Our Take: Very fun movie! At first our two youngest (8 and 3.5) were anxious about it, thinking it may be too scary, but this Gremlins-come-Goonies type movie was a hit for our entire family! It’s up to the kids to save the world from a group of blundering Aliens who can control the minds of adults. Grab some popcorn, you’re in for a fun ride. Our favorite parts included a kung foo fighting Grandma giving a neer-do-well twenty something a taste of her loafers and a befuddled teenager in love trying to figure out why her boyfriend seems possessed. The 3 year old loved the “good guy” alien Sparks and the 8 year old was trying to come up with cool things to do with a remote control that could control adults.

Buy it! The two-disc Blu-ray/DVD combo pack will be available for a suggested retail price of $39.99. Additionally, the Aliens In The Attic standard DVD will be available for $29.98.

One lucky reader of The Mom Reviews will win their very own DVD copy of the movie, Aliens in the Attic!
