If you are a Disney Channel watcher then you know about Ashley Tisdale. Famous for her roles as Sharpay Evans on High School Musical, Maddie on the Suite Life of Zack and Cody, the voice of Candace on Phineas and Ferb! Coming soon, Ashley Tisdale will be starring in Aliens in the Attic, which will be released on July 31, 2009.
If the acting and voice-overs weren’t enough, you know from HSM that she is a triple-threat and is an awesome singer! Ashely Tisdale is releasing her new album, Guilty Pleasure, today in stores everywhere as well as on her website, for $15.98!
Our entire family is a huge fan of Ashley Tisdale. We’ve watched her in movies, tv shows, and have her last album, Headstrong. Like many other young actors/musicians she is a great role model for my 3 children (ages 10,8, and 3). Her music is fun, jazzy, and so great to dance to!

With an edgy, guitar-driven pop-rock sound, Guilty Pleasure is a creative and mature leap forward for this appealing young singer and songwriter, who launched a career as a solo artist with her gold-certified Top 5 rhythmic-pop debut Headstrong in 2007. On the new album, Tisdale collaborated with a host of top top-flight producers and songwriters, such as Kara DioGuardi (Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood), Toby Gad (Beyoncé, Fergie), Billy Steinberg (Madonna), Emanuel Kiriakou (David Archuleta, Nick Lachey), and Swedish production team Twin (Headstrong singles “Not Like That” and “Be Good To Me”), and co-wrote several tracks.
The album’s first single, “It’s Alright, It’s OK” — a spunky break-up anthem about being single and in control of your life for the first time — has been put into rotation on MTV and has been featured on such hit shows as So You Think You Can Dance and The Hills.

Our Take: If you are an Ashley Tisdale fan you’ll love this CD. It is a more mature sound from her and her last CD and also different from the HSM Soundtrack. Ashley’s lyrics are a bit more edgy with talks of heartbreak, relationships, break-ups and filled with emotion. “How Do You Love Someone” is a deep song that I absolutely loved! Ashley Tisdale’s sound this CD has a touch of Taylor Swift, and even Miley Cyrus that is extremely likeable. Overall we enjoyed it!

I love Ashley Tisdale as Sharpay in the High School Musical movies, she is way too funny. I also love that she stars as a voice in Phineas and Ferb. Thanks so much for such a wonderful giveaway, my daughter loves Ashley's music as well.

I love how down to earth she is!
I love how honest Ashley is about everything she has been dealt. The backlash of her nose issues was awful, and she handled it like a real pro. It made her music and movies welcome in our house.
