Our take: This couldn’t be easier and more efficient to use. Living in a single story home, makes window cleaning fairly easy, but with the extended handle, our step ladder wasn’t needed. I thought the velcro-like attatchment between the cleaning pad and the extenstion tool was pretty weak, but the pad held in place while scrubbing, no problem!
We have hard water stained windows in our older home, but aside from that the cleaner did a fabulous job and not having to wipe them dry afterwords saved so much time. The kids would have no problem helping out in this chore…ahem!

I love that it will allow me “to clean almost everything… to a streak-free shine.” The streak-free is important to me and my house has so many surfaces that are needing constant clean-up! The Multi Surcafe wipes are llike gold in this house. My husband even keeps some in his garage.

The no-drip glass cleaner! I have problems getting glass and mirrors *really* clean and this sounds like it will keep the cleaner on the problem areas, so that it can soak in better.
